The role focuses on operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance to help maximise equipment reliability and run time. This position will also support daily reporting, safety checks, and the use of digital tools for operational data entry.\nRequired Education:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nRequired Experience:\nAt least 10 years of experience with natural gas compressors\nExperience in gas compression, oil and gas operations, or industrial maintenance\nExperience operating and monitoring natural gas compressors, dehydration units, and associated equipment\nExperience performing routine inspections, recording equipment readings, and identifying operational irregularities\nExperience supporting minor maintenance and repairs on compressors, engines, and auxiliary systems\nRequired Skills:\nMust live within max 50-mile radius from Tilden, Texas\nStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability\nAbility to adjust operating parameters to maintain pressure, flow, and efficiency\nAbility to identify mechanical or process issues and escalate appropriately\nKnowledge of rotating equipment, instrumentation, and process controls\nAbility to read P&IDs, schematics, and technical manuals\nAbility to assist with troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems\nAbility to maintain accurate operating, maintenance, and safety records using digital tools and systems\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work in varying weather conditions and remote locations\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., climb, bend, stand for extended periods, and wear required PPE\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTechnical or vocational training\nInstrument air compressor experience\nKnowledge of HMI systems and control room operations\nOSHA 10/30\nH2S Awareness\nFirst Aid/CPR\nDOT Operator Qualification (OQ)\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
