The position supports daily field operations, maintenance coordination, production monitoring, laboratory sampling, and emergency response activities. This opportunity involves working closely with the operations team and maintaining clear communication during shift handovers and ongoing operational activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate wells and equipment in line with operating and safety procedures to support daily production plans and reduce equipment failure.\nMonitor wells and equipment continuously to identify corrective and optimisation actions that improve reliability, efficiency, and safe operating conditions.\nCoordinate, control, and monitor corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance activities.\nProvide accurate shift handover information to ensure continuity of operations and up-to-date unit conditions.\nRecord relevant operational events, abnormal situations, and deviations affecting equipment, personnel, or the work area.\nSupport equipment care activities and carry out simple maintenance tasks where required.\nTake product samples for laboratory analysis and perform field laboratory tests.\nReport incidents, alarms, emergency conditions, or shutdown system issues in line with reporting expectations.\nProvide clear production information, well condition updates, and diagnostic details relating to well performance issues.\nSupport wellwork operations by ensuring wellhead and surface equipment are maintained and ready for intervention activity.\nQualifications & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or GED requred.\nPrevious experience working with lease operations.\nExtensive knowledge and/or experience of pipeline operations.\nStrong communication skills, both oral and written.\nHigh standard of safety, health, and environmental awareness.\nExtensive knowledge of safety and operations management tools and processes.\nStrong knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures.\nExtensive knowledge of project philosophy and design specifications.\nKnowledge of relevant regulations and commercial agreements.\nAbout Airswift\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
