This position will suit professionals with strong experience in change programmes, process redesign, and stakeholder engagement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage end-to-end HR projects from scoping and business case development through implementation and post-launch evaluation.\nDefine project objectives, deliverables, timelines, governance, resources, risks, and success measures.\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment with business and HR priorities.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular reporting to HR leadership.\nDrive improvements to performance management processes.\nSupport the redesign and implementation of performance frameworks, goal-setting methodologies, feedback mechanisms, and development planning approaches.\nEnsure alignment between performance management, talent development, and organisational objectives.\nLead initiatives aimed at improving HR effectiveness and collaboration.\nSupport transition to new operating models and ways of working.\nDesign and optimise HR governance, decision-making processes, and cross-functional collaboration models.\nMap, analyse, and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.\nFacilitate workshops to redesign workflows, define future-state processes, and support role clarification.\nPromote sustainable implementation and adoption of new processes.\nRequired Experience:\n10 years of experience in HR project management, HR transformation, organisational development, or consulting.\nProven experience leading learning and development projects.\nExperience in process redesign, organisational effectiveness, and change programmes.\nRequired Skills:\nDutch and/or French, with English.\nProject leadership.\nHR expertise.\nAbility to translate strategy into practical and impactful solutions.\nInterpersonal skills.\nInfluencing without authority.\nCollaboration and relationship building.\nCommunication and storytelling.\nCoaching and stakeholder engagement.\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, technology, process and infrastructure industries.
