This person will support Safety and Environmental programs, maintain records, assist with reporting, and help keep daily HES activities running smoothly. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and is interested in improving processes. The role provides the opportunity to take ownership of projects and help develop and support Safety and Environmental initiatives across the site.\nKey Responsibilities:\nExpense reports (Concur)\n\nPurchase requisitions and tracking (excel sheet)\n\nManaging planned inspections forms (SharePoint)\n\nTracking variance forms (SharePoint)\n\nOrdering breakfast/lunches as needed\n\nTyndale FRC Program (employee program)\n\nSafety Boot Program (employee program)\n\nSafety Prescription glasses (employee program)\n\nAssist with Visitors and PPE\n\nData entry into Intelex\n\nEnvironmental tracking spreadsheets\n\nRequired Skills:\nStrong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Access.\n\nStrong organisational and multitasking abilities.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nKnowledge of SAP\n\nMore than 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, LNG, and Industrial Construction (EPC) industries.\n\nPrograms/Software\nSAP\n\nIntelex/OTIS\n\nConcur\n\nPreferred Education & Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).\n\nPreferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications:\nPrevious experience in an HSE role or plant administrative position.\n\nExperience supporting environmental compliance activities.\n\nFamiliarity with Intelex or a similar incident management system.\n\nNot the job you are looking for?
