HSE Trainer

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver HSE training programs.

  • Monitor and assess skill development in participants.

  • Provide instructions and mentoring to participants,

  • Develop learning materials and resources.

  • Responsible for assessing the individual's needs and developing a plan of action to help them reach their goals.

  • Responsible for ensuring training material is up to date and relevant.

  • Develop and implement new training initiatives.

  • Conducting training evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or a recognized field related to HSE.

  • At least 5 years of experience in HSE operations for oil & gas, petrochemical or mining industry or Training & Development.

  • Having Certificate Ahli K3 Umum and Train of Trainer (ToT) BNSP.

  • Ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions.

  • Ability to evaluate and improve training programs.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Able to communicate in English.
