To identify the best corrective actions, he/she also leads and/or participates in reviews involving technical, logistics, production, supplier quality, and other departments.\nHe/She also contributes to product and process problem solving through root cause analysis.\nHe/She possesses expertise in one or more technological fields related to mechanical and/or electromechanical engineering, including technical drawing interpretation, measurement tolerances, and the operation of inspection and measurement equipment.\nKey Responsibilities\nVerify incoming items against reference documentation and inspect them according to specifications (drawings, technical specifications, standards).\nPrepare reports following inspections, measurements, and tests.\nDetermine the acceptability of inspected items and identify any non-conformities.\nPrepare non-conformance reports and implement appropriate corrective actions with suppliers and subcontractors.\nMonitor performance indicators within the area of responsibility.\nParticipate in reviewing and drafting inspection procedures for new and existing products.\nProvide a comprehensive view of incoming inspection performance.\nPropose product and process improvement actions.\nProfile\nTechnical qualification (A2) or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in industrial quality control.\nProficient in standard mechanical measuring instruments:\nCalipers\nMicrometers\nDial indicators\nMultimeters\n\nExperience with advanced measurement equipment such as:\nCMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines)\n3D scanners\nOptical measurement equipment\n\nComfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and data processing.\nStrong written communication skills in French and English.\nTechnical English proficiency.\nAnalytical mindset, attention to detail, autonomy, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills.\nAdditional Desired Skills\nKnowledge of EN9100 and ISO 9001 quality management standards.\nProblem-solving methodologies (Ishikawa, 8D).\nProcess FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).\nNot the job you are looking for?
