This position also contributes to digital content delivery, Hiperwall support, and ongoing improvement of service processes and documentation.\nRequirements:\nAssociate's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience\n\n3 years of experience as a Computer Support Technician supporting a 24/7 operation\n\n3 years of relevant experience supporting senior-level management clients\n\n1 year of related experience in digital media and audio-visual systems\n\nExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment\n\nExperience supporting Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 10, and Server 2008\n\nExtensive experience with Windows desktop operating systems, Office 365, and business software\n\nExperience supporting PC, Mac, Windows, Apple OS, and mobile devices including smartphones and tablets\n\nStrong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills across hardware, software, printers, phones, applications, and peripherals\n\nAbility to install and upgrade software, install hardware, configure systems and applications, and support connectivity issues\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to support end users effectively\n\nExperience with user account administration, including password resets, group memberships, onboarding, offboarding, and account modifications\n\nAbility to create, manage, and maintain accurate support ticket documentation\n\nExperience supporting digital media environments, including video walls, content displays, media players, conference room technology, and Hiperwall systems\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service and relationship-building capability\n\nAbility to prioritise tasks, manage changing demands, and maintain strong follow-up and organisational standards\n\nStrong documentation skills, including process, procedure, and instruction material updates\n\nAbility to present technical concepts in business terms and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels\n\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
