The role works closely with project delivery, planning, procurement, and finance teams to maintain accurate cost visibility and support effective project controls. This position offers involvement across earned value, change management, cash flow forecasting, and reporting in EPCM, EPC, offshore, and oil & gas environments.\nRequired Experience:\n10+ years of cost control experience within EPCM, EPC, offshore, FPSO, oil & gas, or major capital project environments.\nExperience managing TIC, engineering hours, procurement costs, and contractor cost control activities.\nExperience supporting cost forecasting, earned value performance, change management, and financial reporting across complex project delivery environments.\nExperience working with project managers, planners, procurement, and finance teams to support project objectives within approved budgets and schedules.\nExperience in multi-discipline engineering and procurement environments.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong understanding of cost management, forecasting, variance analysis, earned value management, and change management.\nAbility to establish and maintain project cost control systems, budgets, forecasts, and reporting processes.\nCapability to prepare weekly and monthly cost reports, ETC, EAC, cash flow forecasts, accruals, and variance analysis.\nProficiency in EcoSys, ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI.\nStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness skills.\nAbility to maintain project controls data and support governance and compliance procedures.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in FPSO, offshore brownfield modifications, operations support, shutdowns, and sustaining capital projects.\nFamiliarity with offshore project execution, vendor management, and TIC cost management.\nIf you are interested in this opportunity and meet the above criteria, please submit your updated CV to  +61 8 6187 6167\nOnly Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) will be considered for this role.\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
