Key Responsibilities

Manage and control project documentation within an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
Coordinate document review and approval workflows.
Verify document compliance with project specifications and document control requirements.
Support project teams with document management processes and EDMS usage.
Produce document control reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Coordinate and supervise additional document controllers where required.
Maintain document registers, transmittals, and distribution matrices.

Required Experience

Proven experience as a Document Controller on large engineering, energy, industrial, EPC, FEED, or infrastructure projects.
Experience managing contractor and project documentation within an EDMS environment.
