This is a 5 days a week, Monday to Friday role based onsite.\nThe Lead Integrity Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the local integrity team, ensuring the effective design, execution, and continuous improvement of integrity programs across the site. This role works closely with the Asset Management team to provide technical leadership, drive operational performance, and support the safe and reliable operation of facility assets. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering collaboration, delivering strategic integrity initiatives, and enhancing asset reliability through best-practice engineering solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nFocal point for fixed asset (pressure equipment) integrity programs onsite including piping program, pressure vessel inspections, corrosion integrity management and pressure relief valves\nTechnical oversight including review, evaluation and execution of programs and support to Operations and Maintenance teams\nProvide direction to assigned frontline technicians and engineers - set priorities, communicate goals and drive a respectful and inclusive environment\nDemonstrate & promote a sense of ownership and drive continuous improvement through performance KPIs\nMaintain working knowledge of relevant safety case requirements and performance standards\nRecommend follow up repair / maintenance to piping / pressured equipment, including execution of Management of Change\nTroubleshooting, root cause analysis for any bad actor or failure\nConduct Fitness-For-Service evaluations on in service equipment\nAbility to learn and adapt to an agile and flexible working environment, continuously stay abreast of latest developments in industry standards/ practices, bring in learnings/ experience to challenge and improve company work processes/ practices\nSkills/Requirements\nDegree in mechanical/chemical/materials or related engineering discipline\nDesired experience (in an oil & gas or related industry) include:\nIn-service inspection, fitness for service\nKnowledge of materials & corrosion engineering\nNon-destructive Evaluation\nRisk Based Inspection (RBI)\n\nStrong communication, leadership and business judgment skills\nGood interpersonal and influencing skills\nBroad knowledge of industry codes & standards including AS, ASME, API, AMPP, BS/ISO\nAbout Airswift\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider.
