This position will play a key role in driving integrated planning, project controls, schedule governance, and portfolio reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams.\nYou will work closely with project managers, engineers, project controls teams, and key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and optimise project schedules while providing critical insights that support decision-making and successful project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead strategic planning and portfolio scheduling activities across multiple projects.\nDevelop, maintain, and optimise integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.\nFacilitate schedule reviews, planning workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.\nPerform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities.\nSupport brownfield project execution and offshore operational activities.\nDevelop resource forecasts and capacity planning models to support project delivery.\nConduct schedule risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.\nMonitor schedule performance and provide regular reporting to project stakeholders.\nEnsure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.\nDrive best-practice project controls methodologies and planning standards.\nMentor and support planning team members where required.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nYears of experience in planning and scheduling within Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, Offshore, or Major Capital Projects.\nExtensive experience using Primavera P6 in complex project environments.\nStrong experience in Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Integrated Activity Planning (IAP).\nProven background supporting brownfield projects and offshore facilities.\nStrong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness workflows.\nDemonstrated experience managing integrated schedules across multiple concurrent projects.\nExposure to TIC-based project controls environments.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nDesirable Experience\nFPSO, LNG, offshore production facilities, or operating asset experience.\nExperience working within owner/operator integrated teams.\nAdvanced knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies across engineering and construction projects.\nPrevious leadership or mentoring experience within planning and project controls teams.\nWhat's on Offer\n12-month casual contract opportunity.\nPerth-based position.\nExposure to major brownfield and offshore projects.\nCollaborative and technically challenging environment.\nOpportunity to provide planning leadership across a diverse project portfolio.\nThis opportunity is ideal for a seasoned planning professional who thrives in complex project environments and enjoys influencing project outcomes through strategic planning, schedule optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration.\nAbout Airswift\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
