The role involves working with production equipment, compression, separation, fluid handling, and artificial lift systems while helping maintain production targets and regulatory compliance. This position offers a technically hands-on environment with responsibility for inspections, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and production data tracking.\nRequired Education:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nRequired Experience:\nExperience in oilfield production operations\nExperience with wellsite production equipment, compression, separation, and fluid handling\nExperience supporting routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and field troubleshooting\nExperience working in outdoor operational environments with rotating schedules, call-outs, weekends, and holidays as required\nRequired Skills:\nMust live near Carlsbad, New Mexico\nOperate and monitor production facilities and lease equipment\nTroubleshoot well and facility issues\nCollect production data and maintain accurate records\nRead and understand P&IDs, facility drawings, and operating procedures\nBasic computer skills for reporting and production tracking systems\nConduct JSAs, SWCs, and risk assessments before work\nUnderstanding of lockout/tagout, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response procedures\nMonitor daily well performance and production rates\nInspect tanks, separators, treaters, and production equipment\nCoordinate repairs with maintenance, operations, and service providers\nSupport environmental and regulatory compliance\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nEffective communication skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and contribute within a team environment\nRequired Certifications:\nValid driver's license with acceptable driving record\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTechnical certification or associate degree in a related field\n1-5+ years of oilfield production operations experience\nKnowledge of artificial lift systems including rod pumps, ESPs, gas lift, and plunger lift\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
