The role will act as a key interface across engineering, procurement and construction teams, helping to coordinate shipments, planning activity and communication with internal teams, external vendors and third parties. This position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing operations environment where strong project coordination, logistics planning and Excel capability are important to successful delivery.\nRequirements:\nBS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical degree\n\nExperience in logistics planning and execution, construction, safety, and procurement\n\n5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing operations environment\n\nExperience working across multiple teams, external vendors, and third parties in a dynamic planning environment\n\nAbility to schedule and maintain internal and external shipments\n\nStrong coordination and communication skills across internal teams, external vendors, and third parties\n\nAbility to handle a short-term planning environment with changing priorities and signals\n\nStrong Excel proficiency\n\nIntermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills\n\nAbility to enter and manage orders received verbally and via fax or email\n\nAbility to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals\n\nAbility to read, analyse, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations\n\nAbility to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public\n\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts including percentages, proportions, area, and volume, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOil and gas background\n\nCollege degree\n\nLIMS knowledge\n\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
