The role will help improve equipment reliability, reduce operational risk, and support sustainable solutions for recurring mechanical issues across critical plant assets. This position offers involvement in reliability investigations, mechanical integrity programs, turnaround support, and startup readiness activities.\nRequired Education:\nB.S. in Mechanical Engineering\n\nRequired Experience:\n8+ years of experience in LNG, upstream oil and gas production facilities, gas processing, refining, petrochemical, or related energy facilities\n\nExperience supporting mechanical integrity, equipment reliability, failure analysis, and risk-based decision making\n\nExperience working with pressure vessels, piping systems, valves, heat exchangers, fired equipment, compressors, pumps, turbines, and other critical plant assets\n\nExperience supporting troubleshooting of mechanical reliability issues involving rotating and static equipment\n\nExperience contributing to Management of Change, incident investigations, and turnaround planning and execution\n\nRequired Skills:\nStrong capability in root cause failure analysis, failure investigations, and vulnerability assessments\n\nWorking knowledge of RBI, fitness-for-service, inspection planning, damage mechanisms, and industry standards including API and ASME\n\nAbility to identify, assess, and drive closure of recurring equipment reliability and integrity risks\n\nAbility to develop and implement long-term reliability improvement plans for critical equipment and systems\n\nAbility to coordinate effectively with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability teams, OEMs, contractors, and external engineering resources to resolve technical issues\n\nTechnical understanding of mechanical integrity programmes for pressure equipment, piping systems, valves, heat exchangers, fired equipment, and rotating machinery\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with HRSGs and STGs\n\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
