The role supports safe and efficient production by monitoring equipment performance, carrying out operational rounds, preparing for maintenance, and working closely with engineering and support teams. This position offers the chance to contribute directly to production optimisation and field operations in a hands-on operating environment.\nRequired Experience:\nTypically 3-5 years of relevant operational experience at an intermediate level.\n\nExperience in well operations, including gas lifted wells and ESP operations.\n\nExperience supporting production environments involving three-phase separation, gas compression, pipeline operations, and control board operation.\n\nExperience preparing for and performing maintenance activities, including taking readings, conducting rounds, issuing work permits, initiating work requests, and following procedures.\n\nExperience working with engineering or support groups for data gathering and operational support.\n\nRequired Skills:\nAbility to proactively monitor well and equipment performance and take appropriate action to help maximise production.\n\nGeneral working knowledge of systems, terminology, and procedures used within the department.\n\nAbility to support minor maintenance activities on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.\n\nCapability to track test compression data and conduct fluid level checks using an echo meter.\n\nAbility to solve problems, make basic decisions, and perform routine technical and functional support tasks.\n\nAbility to work with support teams to optimise chemical pump rates based on production data, including corrosion, paraffin, and soap injection considerations.\n\nNot the job you are looking for?
