This position offers the chance to contribute directly to operational reliability, HSE performance, and offshore asset integrity outcomes.\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, integrity, or operational support roles within the oil and gas industry or similar industrial environments.\nDemonstrated experience coordinating maintenance activities and managing contractors in an operational environment.\nExperience working on offshore facilities, including FPSOs and offshore production assets.\nExperience supporting maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity reviews in collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and facility management teams.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong understanding of maintenance management systems and work management processes.\nAdvanced CMMS user experience, including preparing, approving, executing, and closing out work orders.\nAbility to provide offshore leadership, supervision, and oversight of contractors to ensure safe execution and quality delivery.\nKnowledge of anomaly management processes to support asset condition monitoring and engineering decision-making.\nStrong communication skills, technical maturity, and adaptability in changing operational environments.\nCapability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively across cross-cultural environments.\nDemonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking capability.\nAttention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.\nTechnical proficiency in a relevant trade, discipline, or maintenance field.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nUnderstanding of statutory and class requirements.\nWelder, fitter, fabrication, or marine trade certificate.\nCertified inspector qualification such as AICIP, API, CSWIP, or NACE.\nEngineering qualification in a relevant discipline.\nProject controls background.\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
