The role will work closely with scheduling and project teams to ensure accurate progress tracking, forecasting, critical path analysis, and reporting throughout execution. This position offers exposure to large outage work and a technically demanding planning environment where schedule accuracy and field coordination are essential.\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum of 10 to 15 years of experience developing resource loaded CPM project schedules in Primavera P6\n\nProven experience supporting large outage or shutdown work\n\nExperience evaluating schedules, performing resource analysis, conducting critical path analysis, and preparing reports\n\nExperience walking down scope, verifying progress, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain accurate schedule status and forecast\n\nExperience supporting execution activities in the field and providing daily forecasts for management reporting\n\nRequired Skills:\nIntermediate to advanced Primavera P6 skills\n\nStrong capability in running reports in Primavera\n\nAbility to develop scheduling infrastructure including activity codes, resources, and WBS nodes\n\nAbility to import jobs, tie logic, code work, and resource load or level schedules\n\nStrong communication skills with stakeholders across different levels of the organization\n\nAbility to work independently without constant supervis\nRequired Certifications:\n\nActive TWIC or ability to obtain one prior to start date\n\nAbility to work in the USA without sponsorship\n\nNot the job you are looking for?
