This position offers the chance to contribute directly to reliability, compliance, safety, and overall plant performance.\nRequired Education:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nRequired Experience:\nOperating experience in power generation, industrial processing, or a closely related environment\nExperience performing advanced operating activities, including system transitions, complex startups and shutdowns, and high-risk operational adjustments\nExperience with boilers, cooling towers, turbines - plant equipment\nAbility to diagnose abnormal plant conditions and determine appropriate corrective actions independently\nRequired Skills:\nMust live within 60-mile radius from Gregory, Texas or willing to relocate without allowance / assistance / per diem\nAdvanced knowledge of complex plant systems, including steam production, cooling systems, condensers, turbines, boilers, chemical processes, and auxiliary equipment\nStrong operational troubleshooting capability, including interpretation of plant data, chemistry logs, and system interactions\nSound understanding of environmental compliance, plant safety standards, and operating procedures\nAbility to support operational response during abnormal conditions and contribute to system performance optimisation\nEffective coordination with maintenance, engineering, vendors, and leadership\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTechnical coursework, vocational training, or an associate degree in process technology, industrial operations, instrumentation, or a related field\nA combination of equivalent training and extensive technical experience\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
