The role focuses on process design, commissioning support, technical integrity, and safe project execution across EPC and PMC environments. This position offers broad exposure to process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, HAZOP, HAZID, SIMOPS, operational readiness, and start-up activities in a complex industrial setting.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering\nRequired Experience:\nSubstantial experience across FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases\nRelevant experience in oil and gas industries\nExperience working on EPC and PMC phases of major capital projects\nExperience managing multi-licenser units\nExperience within sectors such as onshore oil and gas, fabrication yard, petrochemicals and refining, LNG facilities, power plants, and large infrastructure or utilities projects\nRequired Skills:\nStrong knowledge of process design, process simulations, equipment design, and control systems\nAbility to prepare and maintain engineering documentation including Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, and standard operating procedures\nExperience reviewing procedures, method statements, and testing protocols to support quality, safety, and technical integrity\nCapability in troubleshooting process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and unexpected operational issues using data interpretation and analytical problem-solving\nKnowledge of process safety analysis including HAZOP, LOPA, HAZID, SIMOPS, and operational readiness reviews\nExperience coordinating inspection and testing activities including NDE, pressure testing, welding, and coating\nUnderstanding of refinery operations, piping, pressure vessels, and rotating equipment\nFamiliarity with environmental regulations, refinery safety codes, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 aligned quality and safety systems\nStrong communication and coordination skills across contractors, vendors, inspection agencies, and project stakeholders\nAbility to lead improvement initiatives, support training activities, and mentor junior engineers\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCombination of strong discipline experience with PMC, PMT, or client-side exposure\nFamiliarity with Saudi Aramco standards, including SAES, SAMSS, SAEP, and standard drawings\nPrior experience with major Middle East projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, or Oman\nExperience in major upstream oil and gas developments\nExperience in gas production or gas processing facilities where relevant to the discipline\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
