This role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of critical materials and services required for field, drilling, production, and corporate operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.\nManage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, bidding, evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and supplier performance management.\nEstablish and maintain strategic relationships with local and international suppliers and service providers.\nEnsure cost optimization while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.\nSupport drilling, production, maintenance, logistics, and capital project activities through effective procurement planning.\nLead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with vendors.\nMonitor market trends, supplier capabilities, pricing, and supply risks.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable local regulations.\nCollaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, and Management teams.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.\nSignificant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contracts Management within the Oil & Gas industry.\nStrong experience managing suppliers, tenders, contract negotiations, and procurement planning.\nKnowledge of drilling, production, maintenance, or upstream operations procurement processes.\nExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.\nExperience working in multicultural and dynamic operating environments.\nFluency in Spanish and professional English is highly desirable.\nNot the job you are looking for?
