This position is well suited to candidates with strong experience in power distribution, switchgear, MCC systems, earthing, HSSE leadership, and stakeholder engagement.\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering design, construction, maintenance, or project execution\nExperience working within manufacturing, oil and gas, lubricants, chemical, or similar industrial environments\nExperience supporting brownfield project planning and execution\nExperience in construction support, testing, commissioning readiness, and contractor supervision\nExperience managing risk, change, progress tracking, and project delivery coordination\nRequired Skills:\nElectrical engineering design review and engineering design coordination\nPower distribution and substation interface knowledge\nExperience with switchgear, motor control centres, cabling, earthing, and electrical protection coordination\nElectrical construction and commissioning support\nProject planning, progress tracking, cost control, schedule management, and change control\nHSSE leadership and electrical safety awareness\nContractor and consultant management\nProcurement support and technical bid evaluation\nStakeholder engagement, governance reporting, problem solving, and continuous improvement\nKnowledge of international electrical codes and local regulatory requirements\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline\nExperience with substations, hazardous area considerations, and electrical safety requirements\nProject management qualification or demonstrable project delivery experience\nKnowledge of relevant engineering standards\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
