The role focuses on planning, scheduling, budget control, contract management, and delivery oversight to ensure work is completed safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget. This company operates across nuclear, wind, hydro and solar generation, providing a technically complex setting for experienced professionals with strong project delivery expertise.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university; alternatively, an associate degree or high school diploma/GED combined with the relevant level of technical or industrial experience stated for the position.\n\nRequired Experience:\nSignificant project management experience in a multifaceted and/or regulated industrial environment.\n\nExperience managing complex projects, on-line work management, or refuelling and forced outage related activities.\n\nExperience overseeing project implementation including budget development, cost tracking, work package preparation, parts procurement, resource loading, work execution, and resolution of schedule delays and conflicts.\n\nExperience developing and managing contracts and interfacing with vendors, clients, engineers, related parties, and management.\n\nFor scheduling-focused scope, experience in life cycle construction projects with a strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes.\n\nFor senior-level scope, experience within the nuclear industry directing project management activities and/or applying project management principles.\n\nRequired Skills:\nAdvanced project management techniques within commercial nuclear power plants or similar facilities.\n\nStrong planning, scheduling, and control of project activities with the ability to lead project teams and establish priorities across multiple workstreams.\n\nBudget management and close coordination with finance and project controls functions.\n\nKnowledge of error reduction, human performance improvement methods, and cost-effective work execution methodologies.\n\nAbility to prepare and deliver clear written and oral communications to technical stakeholders and senior management.\n\nProficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory for scheduling-focused scope.\n\nStrong understanding of Earned Value Management, risk management, and collaborative delivery across organisational levels.\n\nRequired Certifications:\nProject Management certification (Required)\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nConstruction Management Certification (Preferred)\n\nPrevious RO/SRO licence or certification (Preferred)\n\nExtensive experience as a direct supervisor or project manager in the commercial nuclear industry, focused on maintenance, operations, or construction (Preferred)\n\nNuclear plant operator production coordination experience and work management experience in conducting and coordinating plant production work (Preferred)\n\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
