This position offers broad exposure across the full project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on FEL development, Project Execution Plans, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and refinery operations.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering\nRequired Experience:\nMore than 10 years of project management experience in refining, petrochemical, oil, and gas industries\nAt least 5 years of experience as a project manager with sole accountability for project delivery\nExperience leading capital projects through the full project lifecycle from concept through completion\nExperience working on-site in refinery operations and collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Contractors, and Executive Leadership\nExperience assembling and leading project teams while managing engineering resources and contractors\nRequired Skills:\nStrong capability in Front-End Loading, stage-gate reviews, and management approval processes\nDevelopment and execution of Project Execution Plans\nCapital project planning, design, execution, commissioning, startup, and closeout\nCost estimating, budget management, forecasting, and cash flow analysis\nSchedule development, monitoring, and project performance management\nContracting strategy development, contractor selection, bid evaluation, and contract administration\nVendor, fabricator, and specialty contractor management\nRisk management planning and mitigation\nQuality assurance and quality control oversight\nRefinery stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership\nSafety leadership and delivery of projects in compliance with company and regulatory requirements\nKPI development and project performance measurement\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment\nWorking knowledge of industry-recommended practices, design methodologies, QA/QC standards, regulatory requirements, and refinery operations\nChange management and procurement oversight\nPreferred Qualifications:\nLicensed Professional Engineer (PE)\nPMP Certification\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
