This position offers involvement in technically demanding project controls activities, working closely with project management teams, maintenance shutdown teams and contractors to support delivery performance and schedule integrity.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum 5 years of multi-discipline experience in project planning and scheduling within the oil and gas industry\nExperience in project shutdown planning and scheduling across project phases\nExperience supporting pre-shutdown, shutdown and post-shutdown activities, including schedule alignment, clash reviews and progress reporting\nRequired Skills:\nProficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Office software\nStrong capability in integrated shutdown planning, scheduling and progress reporting\nAbility to review contractor deliverables including hourly shutdown schedules, durations, logic, productivity, target completion dates, resource loading, workforce planning, equipment planning, organisation charts, and weekly, daily and shift progress reports\nCritical path and near-critical path analysis skills\nAbility to support development and review of recovery plans in case of delays\nStrong planning skills\nHigh level of proficiency in written and spoken English\nComputer literacy involving regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
