With over 1,000 employees and 9,000 contractors operating in over 70 countries, our geographical reach and pool of talent available is unmatched in the industry.\nAirswift is seeking for QAQC Engineer (Mechanical) to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.\n\nIRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor.\n\nProfessional training and certifications in Welding, NDT, Painting, Insulation, Refractory, or related disciplines.\n\nMembership or certification from internationally recognized institutions such as ASQ-CMQ/OE, MCQI-CQP, or equivalent is highly desirable.\n\nEXPERIENCE \nMinimum 15 years of experience in the construction of major Greenfield or Brownfield Process Plants, including Refineries, NGL/LNG Plants, Petrochemical Complexes, or similar facilities within the Oil & Gas industry.\nProven experience working with major EPIC Contractors and/or End Users in a similar role, with overall responsibility for QA/QC activities related to Mechanical Construction and Commissioning.\nStrong knowledge of QA/QC requirements, testing methodologies, and acceptance criteria for both static and rotating equipment within large-scale Oil & Gas projects.\nComprehensive understanding and application of international codes, standards, and industry practices, including:\nASME\nTEMA\nASTM\nAPI\nISO\nBS EN\nIOGP\nShell DEP\nMESC Specifications\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.\nHands-on experience in the preparation, review, and approval of:\nQuality Plans (QP)\nInspection and Test Plans (ITP)\nQuality Control Procedures (QCP)\nMaterial Approval Requests (MAR)\n\nExtensive experience in inspection and testing activities for:\nStatic Equipment\nColumns and Vessels (including internals)\nHeat Exchangers\nCoalescers\nStorage Tanks\nBoilers\nHeaters\nFlare Packages\nRotating Equipment\nPumps\nCompressors\nAir Fin Coolers (AFCs)\nMixers\nFans and Blowers\nHVAC Systems\nProven experience in field erection, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.\nDemonstrated capability in managing discipline inspectors, coordinating inspection and testing activities, and establishing and monitoring discipline KPIs.\nExperience in the development and implementation of:\nQuality Surveillance Programs\nCompletion Management Systems (CMS)\nInspection and Test Records (ITRs)\nTechnical Integrity Verification (TIV)\nFlawless Project Delivery (FPD)\nProject Quality Health Check (PQHC) Programs\n\nExperienced in conducting:\nContractor pre-qualification assessments\nQMS audits\nTechnical compliance reviews\nQuality walkthroughs\nVendor and contractor audits\n\nAbility to resolve complex QA/QC issues and disputes arising from differing interpretations of project specifications, technical requirements, and scope of work among stakeholders and regulatory authorities.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nImplement and enforce the elements of the Quality Management System requirements applicable to your function.\nExposed to Construction Site and Prevailing Climatic Conditions at least 50% of time.\nEnsure own safety and the safety of others who may be affected by the organization's business, whether the activity is under direct control or not.\nNot the job you are looking for?
