The role will focus on supplier quality surveillance, inspection coordination and collaboration with engineering, procurement, suppliers and project stakeholders. This position offers strong technical scope across ITP review, welding documentation, inspection reporting, non-conformance management and MDR review, with a direct impact on project quality performance and continuous improvement.\nKey responsibilities\nCoordinate supplier surveillance, inspections and third-party inspection resources.\nReview ITPs, technical procedures, welding documentation and inspection reports.\nOversee hold/witness points, FAT, welding, coatings and final inspections.\nManage non-conformances, corrective actions and inspection releases.\nReview progressive and final MDRs.\nMonitor supplier quality performance and resolve issues with Package Engineers.\nReport quality status, risks and key findings to project stakeholders.\nDrive consistent quality practices and continuous improvement across the project.\nRequired Education:\nRelevant engineering, inspection or quality qualification, or equivalent experience\nRequired Experience:\nAround 10+ years of experience in supplier quality, surveillance, inspection coordination or quality engineering\nExperience supporting supplier surveillance and inspection activities within a project environment\nExperience managing non-conformances, corrective actions and inspection release processes\nRequired Skills:\nStrong knowledge of inspection test plans, inspection processes and non-conformance management\nAbility to coordinate supplier surveillance, inspections and third-party inspection resources\nCapability to review technical procedures, welding documentation, inspection reports and progressive and final MDRs\nExperience overseeing hold points, witness points, FAT, welding, coatings and final inspections\nStrong technical judgement, stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to work collaboratively within an integrated client and project team environment\nAbility to monitor supplier quality performance, resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement\nPreferred Qualifications:\nInspection, welding, coatings, NDT or auditing certification\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
