The role focuses on improving equipment performance, supporting failure investigations, and driving the adoption of maintenance and reliability best practices. This position offers the chance to work across a technically demanding operating environment with travel involved and meaningful exposure to cross-functional stakeholders.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering\n\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum of 7 years of industrial experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Reliability Engineer\n\nStrong background and broad-based experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering\n\nExperience supporting equipment performance improvement and resolving chronic equipment issues\n\nExperience leading equipment failure investigations using structured analytical methods\n\nExperience working with manufacturing, engineering, and technical stakeholders in an industrial setting\n\nRequired Skills:\nPractical knowledge of current maintenance and reliability best practices\n\nKnowledge of condition monitoring technologies\n\nAbility to design or modify asset care strategies and procedures using risk-based methods, RCM, and FMEA\n\nRoot cause analysis and 5-Why problem-solving capability\n\nAbility to provide technical guidance in precision repair, maintenance, and equipment installation\n\nAbility to interpret financial and non-financial data and explain the economic impact of significant decisions\n\nAbility to support continuous improvement efforts across production, technical, and engineering teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProcess Safety Management experience\n\nCertified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)\n\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
