The role supports the accurate execution of commercial agreements, monitors material movements across the logistics chain, and helps maintain strong coordination between customers and internal stakeholders. This position offers exposure to supply chain management, trade finance documentation, credit review, and transport and logistics activity in a technically driven environment.\nRequired Education:\nMedium vocational education with 3-5 years of logistics experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Accounting with 1-2 years of relevant experience.\n\nRequired Experience:\nExperience in logistics, sales operations, supply chain, finance, or commercial support activities.\n\nExperience interpreting contractual terms and translating them into accurate operational or transactional activity.\n\nExperience supporting invoicing, documentation processing, reporting, and coordination of material movements within a logistics chain.\n\nExperience monitoring accounts receivable and payable activities, credit position, and contract status.\n\nRequired Skills:\nStrong understanding of transportation and logistics terminology, including International Chamber of Commerce Incoterms.\n\nSound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\n\nComputer literacy with SAP experience highly recommended.\n\nFluent English, both written and verbal.\n\nStrong organisation and attention to detail.\n\nProblem-solving ability, delivery focus, and commitment to quality.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while communicating confidently with colleagues and stakeholders.\n\nAbility to meet customer needs, use initiative, and apply professional expertise effectively.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nEnergy industry experience would be a strong advantage.\n\nNot the job you are looking for?
