This position would suit a technical professional who enjoys combining hands-on engineering, stakeholder communication and data strategy delivery.\nRequired Experience:\nStrong senior-level experience designing and building data foundations and end-to-end data solutions.\nExperience working in data engineering environments that support business decision-making through scalable data platforms and analytics.\nProven ability to act as a subject matter expert while mentoring junior engineers.\nExperience presenting findings and technical recommendations to business stakeholders and technical teams.\nExposure to change management, incident management and problem management processes.\nRequired Skills:\nExpert-level capability in AWS, Azure and SAP.\nExpert-level experience with ELT, data modelling, and data integration and ingestion.\nStrong data manipulation and data processing skills.\nWorking knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.\nExperience with Data Factory, Databricks, SQL DB, Synapse, Stream Analytics, Glue, Airflow, Kinesis, Redshift, SonarQube and PyTest.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical developers and business managers.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in project management, including running a scrum team.\nExperience working with BPC and Planning.\nExposure to working with external technical ecosystems.\nExperience with MKDocs documentation.\nPower BI, data analysis and broader data engineering project exposure would be advantageous.\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
