The role will be responsible for developing and implementing inspection strategies, coordinating inspection programs, assessing equipment integrity, supporting failure investigations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement inspection plans and strategies for static equipment and piping systems, ensuring compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and company requirements.\nOptimize inspection frequencies and inspection programs while maintaining equipment integrity and operational reliability.\nCoordinate and oversee inspection activities using Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies.\nWork closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, and project teams to assess risks and ensure safe and reliable operations.\nEvaluate equipment integrity and provide technical recommendations for pressure vessels, piping systems, and associated static equipment.\nLead or support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), incident investigations, and development of corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport Management of Change (MOC), technical reviews, startup readiness activities, and lessons learned sessions.\nPrepare technical specifications, scope of work, and tender evaluations for inspection and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services.\nInterface with inspection contractors, service providers, OEMs, engineering consultants, and regulatory bodies.\nMonitor emerging inspection technologies and industry best practices to improve inspection effectiveness and asset reliability.\nEnsure compliance with inspection programs such as pressure vessel inspection, piping inspection, pressure relief device inspection, and integrity management requirements.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or related engineering discipline.\nMinimum 6 years of experience in equipment inspection and integrity assessment within oil & gas operating facilities.\nAPI certification in API 510, API 570, and/or API 653.\nRequired Experience & Technical Skills\nStrong experience in equipment inspection, integrity management, and fitness-for-service assessments.\nKnowledge of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), corrosion management, damage mechanisms, and corrosion control.\nExperience with pressure vessels, piping systems, and static equipment inspection programs.\nFamiliarity with NDT methods including:Ultrasonic Testing (UT)\nMagnetic Particle Testing (MT)\nPenetrant Testing (PT)\nRadiographic Testing (RT)\nAdvanced NDT technologies\n\nKnowledge of welding engineering and welding inspection practices.\nFamiliarity with international industry codes and standards.\nExperience in remaining life assessment and fitness-for-service evaluations.\nExposure to incident investigation and root cause failure analysis.\nExperience using Meridium or equivalent asset integrity/data management systems.\nPreferred Candidate Background\nCandidates with experience in:\nOil & Gas operating companies\nLNG facilities\nPetrochemical plants\nRefineries\nMajor industrial processing facilities\nInterested candidates are encouraged to apply directly or send their CV to \nNot the job you are looking for?
