This position offers exposure to technically complex installation scopes, cross-functional interfaces and offshore campaign support.\nRequired Education:\nMaster's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline\nRequired Experience:\nProfessional experience of at least 6-8 years in the offshore or subsea installation industry\nStrong technical background in Subsea Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines and vessel operations, including design related to installation and construction activities\nTrack record in engineering umbilical, flexible lay and lifting operations\nExperience leading and coordinating installation engineering activities across projects, tenders and studies\nExperience in risk assessment, mitigation management and management of change\nExperience supporting design reviews, product HAZIDs and constructability or readiness reviews\nRequired Skills:\nAbility to lead a multi-discipline engineering team\nCapability to act as a key technical interface across project packages and client technical discussions\nStrong understanding of installation methodologies, installability assessments and operational readiness\nAbility to monitor engineering performance against budgeted hours and report scope progress\nClear verbal and written communication in English\nAbility to coach and guide less experienced engineers through project challenges\nAbility to work effectively with multiple internal departments within a global organisation\nProficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint\nRequired Certifications:\nOffshore training and certification (BOSIET) as required to attend offshore campaigns\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPortuguese language capability\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
