This is an opportunity to contribute to a range of technically challenging work across process engineering disciplines.\nRole Context\nThis company is a leading provider of professional services to the resources & energy sectors and complex process industries, with work spanning Hydrocarbons, Minerals & Metals, Infrastructure & Environment and Power. The company supports projects across the full asset spectrum, from new assets to services that sustain and enhance operating assets.\nAbout the Role\nThe Senior Process Engineer will contribute to process engineering delivery on oil & gas projects, including SAGD, gas processing, cogeneration, CCUS and refining. Senior Process Engineer support is required to help deliver quality engineering output that meets project, customer and regulatory expectations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver process engineering services that meet Client, its customers, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.\n\nIdentify and report changes to project scope.\n\nAssist with the preparation of proposals, estimates, budgets, and schedules.\n\nSupport with procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.\n\nWrite requisitions, conduct technical bid evaluations, and write purchase orders.\n\nContribute to studies, analyses and recommend actions.\n\nAssist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.\n\nKeep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in process engineering.\n\nAssist and support junior personnel within the process engineering team if required.\n\nCommunicate effectively with the process engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer.\n\nIdentify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.\n\nRequired Experience & Qualifications\nEffective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Client and its customers.\n\nA good working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of process engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.\n\nA good working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.\n\nCompetent use of process engineering specific software and relevant software such as Aspen HYSYS, CAD, MS Office Suite, etc.\n\nSignificant process engineering experience in the oil & gas industry on behalf of an engineering firm.\n\nBachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.\n\nProfessional Engineer (PEng) status.\n\nAbout Airswift\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
