The role focuses on structural analysis, engineering design, technical review, and cross-discipline coordination, while supporting safe, efficient, and constructible project delivery. This position also offers scope to provide technical guidance to engineers and designers within a technically demanding project environment.\nRequired Education:\nDegree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.\nRequired Experience:\n10+ years of experience in structural engineering.\nBackground in fixed and floating offshore structures design across both greenfield and brownfield projects.\nExperience performing and reviewing structural analysis, engineering reports, and technical deliverables in line with project requirements and schedules.\nExperience leading the structural discipline on small to medium engineering projects.\nExperience coordinating with other engineering disciplines and interfacing with project stakeholders as required.\nFloatover experience.\nRequired Skills:\nAdvanced expertise in structural analysis and design.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prepare complex engineering calculations, design reports, and specifications.\nCapability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers.\nAdvanced knowledge of structural design software including SACS, GRLWEAP, USFOS, SESAM, MOSES, ANSYS, and ABAQUS.\nRequired Certifications:\nRegistration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) (Required).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMembership registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.\nMiddle East project experience.\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
