This company operates in a broad technology-driven landscape spanning data warehousing, enterprise data storage, business intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and related IT environments.\nRequired Experience:\n10 years of relevant experience is required for candidates with a degree.\n14 years of relevant experience is required for candidates without a degree.\nExperience developing sourcing strategies for complex, high-value equipment or services.\nExperience analysing supplier responses, negotiating commercial terms, and awarding contracts and agreements.\nExperience managing post-award supplier activities, including settlements, claims, disputes, invoice mismatches, and price changes.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and engaging with supplier and manufacturer management.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong sourcing, procurement, and supplier management capability.\nAbility to develop requests for quotations and requests for proposals.\nStrong negotiation skills, including engagement with middle and senior supplier management.\nAbility to maintain effective interfaces with internal and external customers and suppliers.\nKnowledge of commodities, sources of supply, diversity opportunities, and market conditions that may affect procurement strategy.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor degree preferred.\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
