The role focuses on enterprise systems engineering, PowerShell automation, Tier 3 troubleshooting, and infrastructure project delivery within a hybrid work environment. This position offers strong technical scope across Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Exchange, and VMware vSphere.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum 15 years of overall information technology experience\nMinimum 10 years of experience supporting and administering Windows Active Directory environments\nMinimum 10 years of experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Ansible, or comparable tools\nMinimum 7 years of experience utilizing system logs, event monitoring, troubleshooting platforms, and reporting tools\nMinimum 7 years of experience administering VMware vSphere, Microsoft Azure, or similar enterprise virtualization platforms within large multi-site environments\nMinimum 5 years of experience working with structured data formats and data collection methods including XML, JSON, YAML, WQL, or similar technologies\nExperience providing Tier 3 escalation support for enterprise infrastructure incidents\nExperience leading infrastructure projects from planning through implementation\nRequired Skills:\nAdministration of Microsoft cloud and enterprise platforms including Azure, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, and OneDrive\nStrong expertise in identity and access management systems including Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, and DHCP\nAdministration and support of Windows Server environments across multiple locations and business units\nDevelopment and maintenance of automation solutions using PowerShell and other orchestration tools\nStrong troubleshooting capability using system logs, events, and monitoring data to resolve complex technical issues\nVirtualization platform administration with focus on performance, availability, and enterprise support\nTechnical documentation, operational procedure development, and knowledge base creation\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability in complex enterprise infrastructure environments\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience administering messaging and email systems including Exchange Online and SMTP environments\nExperience with enterprise monitoring, patch management, and systems management tools\nExposure to merger, acquisition, or large-scale infrastructure integration activities\nRelevant Microsoft, Azure, VMware, or other technical certifications\nAbility to travel occasionally as business needs require\nUnderstanding of data privacy regulations and security best practices\nExperience mentoring and training junior team members and technical staff\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
