The role focuses on Windows server support, Azure applications, cybersecurity standards adherence, asset monitoring, software license management, and patch management. This position offers the chance to contribute to high-security operational technology environments while supporting critical infrastructure systems.\nRequired Experience:\nExperience supporting and troubleshooting server-based on-premise and Azure applications in OT and business network environments\nExperience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Windows servers\nExperience providing design, testing, and implementation support for application system platform deployment or lifecycle projects, including customer-facing projects\nExperience supporting various OT applications in high-security environments\nRequired Skills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues\nStrong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to document systems infrastructure clearly\nUnderstanding of OT environments and high-security concepts including the Perdue model, air-gapped networks, and zero trust\nKnowledge of PCN environments\nAbility to quickly learn new technologies and platforms in support of project timelines\nRequired Certifications:\nTWIC Card required to enter the facility\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociate degree or higher in technology or a related business discipline\nMicrosoft certifications in Windows Server, Azure, or related technologies\nExperience with Azure IaaS and SaaS\nExperience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for system maintenance and monitoring\nExperience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, and VxRail\nExperience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Linux servers including RHEL and CentOS\nExperience administering infrastructure systems with responsibility for cybersecurity standards adherence, information management, and risk compliance using tools such as Tenable Nessus, Tanium, or equivalent\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and Microsoft ADO\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
