The role sits within a technical project environment and will contribute to supply conformity, schedule control, documentation maturity, and final release readiness. This position offers broad exposure to vendor performance management, supplier documentation review, and cross-functional coordination across project, supplier, expediting, and inspection activities.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum 15 years of experience in inspection, quality, engineering, manufacturing, supplier development, supplier quality, or project management\nDemonstrated experience coordinating vendor performance activities for assigned purchase orders through execution and closeout\nExperience reviewing Manufacturing Data Record Books, including material traceability, manufacturing records, inspection and test documentation, special process records, quality records, calibration records, and contractual compliance documentation\nExperience identifying delivery risks, critical paths, schedule slippage, and quality issues, and supporting mitigation and recovery planning\nDemonstrated leadership and project management capability within technical specialisms such as packages, piping and valves, electrical and instrumentation, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or long lead items\nRequired Skills:\nStrong knowledge of vendor performance management, shop expediting, inspection coordination, and supply conformity monitoring\nAbility to review supplier documents, analyse execution progress, and communicate key risks, highlights, and concerns to project stakeholders\nCapability to verify completeness, revision status, approval signatures, and release readiness of technical and quality documentation\nExperience working with material management systems such as Smart Material - Intergraph\nProfessional level spoken and written English\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support KPI and reporting requirements\nStrong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills across organisational levels\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
