The role is centred on coordinating vendor performance activities to help maintain delivery schedules, manufacturing quality standards, and documentation maturity throughout execution. This position offers exposure to cross-functional project interfaces, including project teams, suppliers, inspectors, and expeditors, with a strong emphasis on risk identification, mitigation planning, and KPI reporting.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum 15 years of experience in inspection, quality, engineering, manufacturing, supplier development, supplier quality, and/or project management\nDemonstrated leadership and project management capability within specialist areas such as PVHE, package equipment, piping and valves, E&I, or long lead items\nExperience managing vendor performance activities across assigned purchase orders, including expediting and inspection coordination\nExperience monitoring supplier production schedules, manufacturing progress, testing, delivery activities, and execution risks\nRequired Skills:\nStrong knowledge of vendor performance management, expediting, inspection, and supply conformity against contractual requirements\nAbility to identify critical paths, assess delivery and quality risks, and coordinate mitigation or recovery plans through to resolution\nExperience reviewing and coordinating project deliverables such as pre-inspection meeting reports, pre-fabrication meeting reports, expediting reports, inspection reports, and inspection release notes\nExperience with material management systems such as Smart Material - Intergraph\nProfessional level spoken and written English\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to deadlines\nStrong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills across organisational levels\nAbility to prepare reports, KPIs, and monitor assigned man-hours budgets across purchase orders\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
