This role involves identifying bottlenecks in IT processes, especially cross functional tasks, gathering IT requirements, analyzing workflow data and working with functional and cross functional teams to implement process improvements.\nThe Workflow Analyst will report to the Organization Enterprise Personnel.\nAirtel Africa is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and remain fully committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.\nBusiness Process Enhancement\nAnalyze existing business processes and identify inefficiencies.\nMap and document workflows, procedures, and process requirements.\nGather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable solutions.\nRecommend process improvements and automation opportunities.\nRequirement Gathering\nGather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable solutions.\nMonitor workflow performance using KPIs and operational data to ascertain value before translating into actionable steps\nManage Workflow Roadmap\nTo coordinate and control policies and functions working with the IT, ensure smooth operations and continuous availability of systems and process across other Teams that work closely with IT.\nWorkflow Performance\nMonitor workflow performance using KPIs and operational data.\nRecommend process improvements and automation opportunities.\nCollaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to implement changes.\nCreate reports, dashboards, process documentation, and performance metrics.\nApplication Management (Operations & Delivery)\nManage critical Apps related across the entire organization such as\nUSDM(Universal Sales & Distribution Module\nFIRS Integration\nIntegration apps\nOracle ERP\nMiddleware Layers\nOther Apps in related domain/vertical\nGovernance, Compliance & Release Management\nExpected Outcome: Customer-impacting IT changes are compliant, controlled, and delivered with minimal disruption\nKey Activities:\nEnsure adherence to telecom, security, data privacy, and regulatory standards. \nGovern releases and deployments affecting customer platforms. \nTest new workflows and ensure changes meet business requirements.\nTrack issues and continuously improve processes.\nEducational Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.\nCertifications (Advantage): -
