If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you on our team.\nJob Summary:\nThe Warehouse Supervisor, under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager or Division Vice-President, provides daily oversight of the division’s warehouse operations.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities*:\nOversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures\nAccounts and audits all equipment, materials and supplies in the warehouse\nEnsures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment\nEnsure that all employees comply with safety standards and team members are always safety conscious\nEnsures that employees attend all required training\nContinually searches for ways to improve results and effectiveness.\nProvides regular performance updates and recommendations to senior management\nProvides ongoing supervision, training, coaching and feedback to improve performance and meet objectives of all assigned areas to ensure optimal performance.\nProvides leadership to designated teams through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication based on direction from senior management.\nAddresses issues of concern related to performance providing constructive and ongoing feedback and consequences if performance remains below standards.\nFollows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety\nOther duties as assigned\n* Duties may vary by location.\nMinimum Requirements:\n3-5+ years’ experience in warehouse management\n3-5+ years’ experience leading successful, productive teams\nHigh school diploma or GED\nIntermediate computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)\nAbility to manage projects and resources\nMust be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nValid driver's license required\nEPA certification\nAbility to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHVAC or Home Services experience\nAdditional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nMust be organized and able to coordinate a large volume of requests\nProactive mindset\nMust be able to work independently\nMechanical aptitude\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong work ethic and ability to demonstrate consistent and effective leadership behaviors\nCapable of making good judgments/decisions.\nPositive attitude and a team player\n\nAbility to build positive relationships with customers, both internal and external\n\nWillingness and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.\nSafety mindset and acceptance of a safety culture\n\nRelated experience may be substituted for education\nWorking Conditions:\nPartial climate-controlled warehouse environment\nFast-paced environment\nTravel by vehicle to and from work locations\nComfortable working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE\n\nundefinedPhysical Requirements: Must be able to lift/move up to 20 pounds frequentlyFrequently performs tasks requiring bending at the waist, kneeling or crouchingMust be able to drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle or forkliftMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work bootsMust be able to adhere to long periods of standing, walking or sittingAbility to hear, understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds to operate phones or other equipment safely.With natural or corrected vision, able to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perceptionAbility to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others Ability to enter text or data into a computer by means of a traditional keyboard or 10-key numeric keypadMust be able to use arms and hands to reach overhead, signal, grab, hold, lift, turn, push and pull objects and tools\nAirtron is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
