With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning…\nCome join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.\nYour Impact\nAs the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will report to the Accounts Payable Team Lead (who is based in our HQ in Australia) and work closely with the rest of the AP & Finance team, making your mark in a number of ways: \nBe accountable for end-to-end AP functions for our Australian businesses. \nEnsuring the accounts payable function runs efficiently by providing first line support to internal and external stakeholders. \nSupporting the Australian AP & Finance team including month-end/year-end closing and other ad-hoc assignments as required. \nBe instrumental in helping AirTrunk define leading practice. \nAs a growth position within a dynamic and entrepreneurial business, the general nature and level of work within this role is designed to progress as opportunities arise. \nWhat You'll Do\nEnd-to-end Accounts Payable functions for our Australian businesses. \nWorking alongside other Accounts Payable team members to process the group's invoices. \nSupporting the company CAPEX processes. \nManaging the weekly payment run processes for accounts payable and employee expenses, ensuring payments are cleared promptly. \nResponsible for handling vendor maintenance and payment enquiries. \nAssist in compliance with all indirect tax obligations (GST, FBT, Payroll Tax). \nAssist in the improvement of finance processes and controls, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures. \nOther ad hoc projects and duties as required. \nWhat You'll Bring\nA minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience. \nAbility to problem solve and multi-task. \nStrong attention to detail, highly organised, exceptional attitude. \nDesire and ability to work in a fast-paced AP role within a dynamic environment. \nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal and strong attention to detail. \nProficient in Microsoft Excel. \nExperience with NetSuite is a plus. \nThe AirTrunk Culture \nWorking at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
