Your Impact

As the Associate Director, EHS Program Delivery & Transformation based in Australia, you will report directly to the Vice President, EHS and work across AirTrunk’s global business to build the future EHS capability required to safely enable our continued growth.

Lead a portfolio of enterprise-wide EHS programs that strengthen leadership, culture, capability and organisational performance. Shape the future EHS operating model to support AirTrunk’s global growth, and lead transformation across the business by turning strategy into practical, lasting change.

Partner with Technology and business teams to develop the EHS digital roadmap and make effective use of data, AI and emerging technologies. Build future capability through leadership development, succession planning, innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

You will lead the Enterprise EHS Transformation Roadmap, turning strategy into programs with clear outcomes, governance and measurable impact. You will track delivery, risks and benefits while shaping the operating model, capabilities and ways of working needed for AirTrunk’s growth.

Partnering with business leaders, People & Culture and Technology, you will strengthen EHS leadership, succession and specialist capability, and guide the digital roadmap. You will champion responsible use of AI and automation to improve EHS performance and decision-making.

You will work across Development, Data Centre Operations and Governance & Assurance to embed change across the asset lifecycle and support growth in new markets. You will lead the Strategy & Transformation team and contribute to priorities across the Enterprise EHS Leadership Team.

What You'll Bring

  • 12+ years’ experience across EHS, strategy, transformation, organisational capability or complex enterprise programs, including leading significant change initiatives.
  • Proven ability to turn strategy into practical programs and deliver sustainable change from design through implementation and adoption.
  • Strong program leadership and experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, growing organisations.
  • Understanding of contemporary EHS management and how leadership, culture, systems, governance and organisational capability support effective risk management.
  • Experience in organisational design, operating model transformation, leadership development or capability building, including developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial judgement and an enterprise mindset, with the ability to prioritise investment, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
  • Confident working with technology, data, digital platforms, AI and emerging technologies; able to communicate complex issues clearly and work effectively across regions and cultures.
