workstreams across AirTrunk’s growing India data centre portfolio, from development and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover. \nUse strong electrical and DCS / controls capability to coordinate critical data centre systems, interfaces, testing and operational readiness. \nWork with Development, Construction, contractors and internal functions to improve safety, programme certainty, quality, cost control and customer outcomes. \nBased in India, you will report to the Project Director or Senior Project Manager and work closely with Development, Construction, Design, Project Controls, Commercial, Procurement, Commissioning, Operations and external delivery partners, making your mark in a number of ways.\nWhat you’ll do \nProject manage assigned scopes and workstreams through development, procurement, construction, commissioning, operational readiness and handover. \nOwn project scope, programme, budget, risks, interfaces, actions and forecast outcomes within the authority delegated to the role. \nCoordinate with General Contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve agreed milestones and delivery commitments. \nReview and challenge contractor programmes, progress updates, look-ahead plans, sequencing, dependencies and recovery measures. \nCoordinate electrical systems and interfaces, including high-voltage and low-voltage distribution, substations, generators, UPS, switchboards, protection, earthing and testing requirements. \nCoordinate DCS / controls interfaces, including BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC, instrumentation, controls networks, systems integration, testing and commissioning requirements. \nReview constructability and technical interfaces across electrical, mechanical, ICT, controls and commissioning workstreams, while maintaining clear boundaries with Design Authority responsibilities. \nSupport procurement planning and tender activities, including scope of works, equipment requirements, long-lead items, bid evaluations and recommendations. \nWork with Project Controls and Commercial teams on cost reporting, cost to complete, cashflow, commitments, variations, claims, extensions of time and commercial exposure. \nLead project coordination meetings, planning workshops, constructability reviews, programme risk reviews and recovery sessions, maintaining clear decisions and actions. \nMaintain accurate project records, reporting dashboards, risk registers, issue logs, decision registers and progress information in accordance with AirTrunk governance. \nIdentify project risks early and develop practical mitigation and recovery plans with contractors, consultants and internal project teams. \nSupport safe, high-quality delivery, including site inspections, quality assurance, testing, commissioning, operational readiness and handover to Operations. \nPrepare concise project health reports and executive insights covering progress, critical path, cost, risk, quality, commissioning and forecast completion. \nTravel within India and elsewhere in APAC as required for project reviews, site inspections, procurement, claims management, commissioning, close-out and handover. \nWhat you’ll bring \nYou will bring a practical, technically credibleand delivery-focused approach, together with: \nA Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline. \n8+ years’ experience in project management, construction delivery, engineering or project controls within major infrastructure, mission-critical, industrial or data centre projects. \nDemonstrated experience delivering electrical systems and coordinating DCS / controls, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC or related systems interfaces. \nExperience managing project scopes and integrated delivery activities across development, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover. \nStrong understanding of construction sequencing, programme logic, critical path, dependencies, project risk and contractor performance. \nExperience coordinating and constructively challenging General Contractors, specialist contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders. \nCommercial awareness across scope, programme, cost, risk, variations, claims and contractual outcomes. \nStrong communication, stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly. \nExperience working in India, or strong capability to operate effectively with Indian contractors, authorities, suppliers and project stakeholders. \nA proactive, flexible and forward-thinking approach, with a results-focused “get things done” mindset. \nA
