With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning…\nCome join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.\nA Snapshot\nAs Senior Project Manager reporting to our Project Director, you will work closely with our Development team, making an impact in several ways: \nAccountability for the delivery of large-scale and/or campus wide projects, ensuring the safe delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. \nProviding strong leadership, strategic planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams, both internal and external. \nLiaise with and support the Development team, Pre-flight team, and Senior Management on preconstruction activities to ensure there is seamless transition once projects are implemented. \nYour Day to Day\n\nProject Leadership: Take ownership, lead, and manage the construction phases of data center facilities, ensuring alignment with AirTrunk values and objectives. \nSafety: Lead the construction team in establishing and maintaining a culture that promotes safety to the highest standards with the aim of constant improvement and safe delivery. \nQuality Assurance: Ensure all installations are of the utmost quality and defect free at handover stage. \nProgramme & Milestone Tracking: Management and monitoring of overall project programme to ensure adherence to key contract milestones and deadlines including early identification of possible programme risks and establishing mitigations as required. \nBudget and Cost Management: In conjunction with the Cost Management team, assist with monitoring and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability throughout the project. Review vendor claims, including payment claims, invoices, variations, and time related claims \nStakeholder Management: Coordination and interaction with various project level stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, & internal team members to ensure the successful delivery of all project phases. Coordination with local authorities and utilities. \nRisk Management: Identify & report potential risks and issues including partnering with external parties to develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns. \nReporting: Provide regular updates to senior management & stakeholders on project progress including key risks and issues. \nCommissioning & Handover: Provide support to the Services and Commissioning teams to ensure successful testing and commissioning, as well as coordination with Operations on final stages of construction and handing over of the facility. \n Requirements:\n10-15 years' construction experience within projects over 30,000 m2. \nFluent in English.\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering or project/construction management. \nExperience working for a data centre operator/previous hyperscale or cloud provider in the APAC market.\nExceptionally flexible and forward-thinking.\nResults focussed and a “get things done” approach.\nPrepared to travel across APAC as required.\nThe AirTrunk Culture \nWorking at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
