电商大客户销售经理
岗位职责：
1、负责拓展并签约跨境电商平台客户;
2、深耕区域跨境电商企业卖家，能多渠道获客，寻找并挖掘潜在大客户，达成激活与营收目标;
3、深入了解客户业务模型与需求，通过专业服务及公司多元化的产品能力，制定匹配的综合资金解决方案，提升客户生命周期价值;
4、持续维护客情关系，熟悉并融入当地客户圈层，把握潜在市场机会，提升当地市场占有率;
5、跟进行业趋势及客户反馈，积极发掘并提炼客户需求，协助优化产品和业务流程。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上销售或客户拓展经验; 有跨境支付、跨境电商、独立站服务商、ERP、海外广告代理、金融行业等相关行业经验者优先;
2、结果导向，具备强烈的自我驱动力与执行力;
3、具备优秀的沟通表达能力和客户理解能力，具备商务谈判能力，能够快速建立信任关系;
4、具备一定的方案思维与产品理解能力，能够根据客户场景组合我司产品;
5、有一定风险控制意识，理解KYC、资金流合规等基本要求;
6、抗压能力强，适应快速变化的业务环境。
