工作职责：
市场拓展与客户签约: 聚焦跨境出海企业，重点覆盖电商与供应链生态、泛娱乐出海、软件与科技服务、新兴服务与实体出海等商业场景，独立完成从线索挖掘到商务签约的全链路拓展，达成利润目标。
多渠道获客与资源整合: 综合运用直客拜访、行业转介绍、展会峰会、生态伙伴渠道（如ERP、广告代理、建站工具、物流商等）多元方式，精准定位高价值客户，持续扩充销售漏斗。
需求洞察与方案设计: 深入调研客户业务模式（如资金流转、结算周期、多币种需求、合规痛点），结合公司产品矩阵，为客户量身打造综合支付解决方案，体现差异化价值。
全流程推动与客户成功: 主导客户从注册、KYC审核、产品上线到稳定交易的全过程，协同内部运营、合规、技术团队，确保客户快速落地并持续使用，降低流失风险。
渠道生态建设与运营: 拓展并维护本地商务合作渠道（如行业协会、服务商联盟、金融机构），设计联合推广计划，通过渠道杠杆获取增量客户，并持续优化渠道贡献效率。
合规风控与业务安全: 具备基础的风险识别能力，在销售环节主动关注交易真实性、资金流向合规性，协同风控团队把控客户准入与持续交易的健康度，平衡业务增长与安全底线。
客户生命周期经营: 建立长期信任关系，定期回访核心客户，挖掘复购、增购及交叉销售机会; 基于客户反馈和交易数据，主动提出产品迭代或服务优化建议，提升客户终身价值。
行业洞察与内部赋能: 跟踪跨境支付、目标行业政策及竞争动态，输出市场洞察报告; 及时反馈客户声音，协助品、市场团队优化解决方案与运营流程，推动公司整体竞争力提升。
任职要求：
全日制本科及以上学历，1年以上销售、客户拓展或商务合作经验;
有跨境支付、跨境电商/独立站生态（建站/ERP/营销）、泛娱乐出海（游戏/短剧/社交）、软件服务（SaaS/AI/云）、OTA等行业销售背景者优先。
以目标为驱动，具备强烈的主动进攻意识和抗压能力，能在快节奏环境中独立规划工作路径，对业绩结果负责。
出色的倾听与表达技巧，能快速理解客户业务痛点，与决策层建立专业信任。
具备基础的产品组合意识，能将客户场景与公司能力灵活匹配，输出逻辑清晰的解决方案; 对新技术、新业务模式保持好奇心。
了解KYC、AML、资金流合规等基本要求，能在销售过程中主动把控交易合理性与真实性。
适应出差、多任务并行的工作状态，能在不断变化的行业与政策环境中快速调整策略。
