工作职责：
1. 向SME & Growth业务负责人汇报，带领销售团队，在中小企业市场中拓展跨境支付业务，目标行业聚焦跨境电商、B2B外贸;
2. 参与销售战略的制定，包括行业需求挖掘、产品和解决方案标准化、定价和促销方案、市场策略等，成为行业动态和客户需求的代言人;
3. 负责制定销售目标并拆解销售计划，优化所辖业务的销售流程和销售管理工具; 确保公司的战略能够贯彻落地执行;
4. 搭建并管理直销团队，对人员的选用育留、业务规范、团队文化负责，提升组织能力; 对不达标的团队成员，能及时、有效识别，并通过协访、培训等手段提升销售业绩;
5. 有效管理直销团队业绩; 负责客户获新的数量和质量，即包括销售业绩达成和销售行为过程; 能够根据销售数据、外部市场变化等及时调整推广、销售策略;
6. 高效协同包括产品、市场、战略、客户经理和服务等在内的其他部门，主动推动利于业务发展的跨部门协作、变革和举措;
7. 拥有较深的行业资源和销售能力，能够通过个人网络、外部资源、行业活动等建联潜在客户，开展商业合作;
8. 保持对行业相关领域各类信息的敏感和追踪，探索并推广新的商业合作模式，为公司业务带来可持续发展。
任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历; 熟练掌握中英文听说读写;
2. 8年以上企业服务销售、业务发展、营销策略规划或管理工作经验，其中带团队经验超过3年，有成功的业务战绩; 过往经验不限于外贸、电商、支付领域，云、SaaS、IT开发等领域;
3. 有极强的自我驱动力和严格的执行力; 以终为始，对过程和结果都有强大的负责心;
4. 除了较强的分析能力和方法论基础之外，需具备出色的沟通能力（简洁且直接），以及识别和影响关键决策者和利益相关者的能力
5. 思维敏捷、有良好的应变能力和承压能力; 有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的判断力，既能随机应变，又能高瞻远瞩目光长远。
