Read ouroperating principles to see it in full.\nHow you'll make impact\nAs an individual contributor, you'll lead the operating, measurement, and systems layer for Airwallex’s global product-led growth engine, helping teams improve the customer journey from acquisition and onboarding through activation, first transaction, retention, and expansion.\nOwn end-to-end funnel and customer journey analytics across payment and product-adoption funnels.\n\nBuild scalable growth operating systems, including KPI frameworks, dashboards, experiment repositories, tracking standards, QA processes, and performance reviews.\n\nPartner with Growth, Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and regional teams to prioritize opportunities and scale successful initiatives.\n\nImprove CRM, marketing automation, customer data, reporting, and analytics processes through automation and responsible use of AI.\n\nEstablish reliable campaign and experiment measurement practices, including attribution requirements, control or holdout methodologies, success criteria, readouts, and documentation.\n\nTranslate ambiguous growth priorities into clear execution, measurable outcomes, and repeatable systems.\n\nYou'll work from our San Francisco office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.\nWhat we're looking for\nEssentials\n6+ years of experience in Growth, Growth Strategy & Operations, Product Growth, Product Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.\n\nDemonstrated experience owning growth strategy and operations across complex, cross-functional initiatives.\n\nProven experience building and operating funnel analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, experimentation programs, or performance-reporting systems.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills across customer, product, campaign, payment, and business-performance data.\n\nDemonstrated experience translating analysis and strategic priorities into operating processes, measurable outcomes, and scalable execution.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex findings and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in payments, fintech, B2B SaaS, or another high-growth, product-led environment.\n\nHands-on proficiency with SQL and tools such as Looker, Tableau, Hex, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Snowflake, dbt, or equivalent platforms.\n\nExperience building scalable growth systems across CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, experimentation tooling, campaign operations, data-quality governance, and reporting automation.\n\nExperience analyzing payment-specific metrics and friction points, including authorization rates, payment-method performance, onboarding or KYC/KYB completion, risk-related drop-off, payment recovery, or first-transaction conversion.\n\nExperience partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and regional teams in a regulated or technically complex environment.\n\nA builder’s mindset, strong intellectual curiosity, resilience, and comfort operating in ambiguity while influencing across functions.\n\nYou'll thrive here if\nYou're comfortable owning the roadmap yourself.\n\nYou're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly anyway.\n\nYou're not precious about your ideas.
