Read ouroperating principles to see it in full.\nHow you'll make impact\nHelp build the next-generation billing platform that supports Airwallex internally and gives customers an easy-to-integrate way to manage billing and revenue workflows.\nBuild high-quality products with React and TypeScript, using the latest versions and modern frontend engineering practices.\n\nDesign and develop micro-frontend web applications using domain-based architecture and a single-SPA framework.\n\nBuild scalable, high-performance Node.js backend-for-frontend services with Apollo GraphQL and well-defined contracts for backend integration.\n\nPartner with Design to develop a shared design system and reusable components, creating a consistent UI and UX across domain teams.\n\nDeliver NPM packages, reusable library widgets, and open-source projects that make customer integration easier.\n\nDeploy micro-frontends and Node.js services using GCP, Alibaba Cloud Kubernetes, bucket CDN, Cloudflare, and GitLab CI/CD.\n\nBuild reliable unit and end-to-end test coverage using React Testing Library, test-rendering tools, and Cypress.\n\nDevelop no-code and serverless CMS capabilities for corporate websites and branding landing pages using Contentful and Next.js.\n\nEngage with the frontend guild, research emerging technologies, drive engineering initiatives, and help reduce technical debt.\n\nYou'll work from our Singapore office\nWhat we're looking for\nEssentials\n5+ years of frontend development experience, including 2+ years of frontend architecture experience.\n\nExperience developing large-scale financial web systems.\n\nA bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.\n\nStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, ECMAScript 6+, and TypeScript.\n\nStrong experience with React, Vue, Angular, and their surrounding technology stacks.\n\nExperience with Emotion, styled-components, and SCSS.\n\nFamiliarity with Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap 3, or other CSS frameworks.\n\nFamiliarity with HTTP/HTTPS protocols and RESTful API design.\n\nExperience with Webpack, polyfills, and Rollup.js.\n\nExperience building backend-for-frontend services with Node.js.\n\nPreferred\nExperience developing frontend frameworks.\n\nA track record of sharing frontend technical work through blogs, public accounts, or similar channels.\n\nOverseas study or work experience.\n\nExperience with GraphQL, Next.js, Redis, and relational databases.\n\nExperience with tracking and data analytics tools such as GA and GTM.\n\nExperience with CSS animation, Zeplin, Abstract, responsive mobile web development, UI, or visual identity.\n\nExperience with BDD, TDD, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, or other DevOps practices.\n\nExperience with Java, Kotlin, or Shell development.\n\nYou'll thrive here if\nYou're comfortable owning the roadmap yourself.\n\nYou're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly anyway.\n\nYou hold yourself to a high standard even when no one is watching.
