We're developing scalable infrastructure, intelligent decision systems, and automation capabilities that connect product, sales, and marketing to drive measurable business outcomes.\nAs a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll design, build, and own high-performance web experiences and frontend platforms that power Growth at scale. You'll work on everything from customer-facing acquisition and conversion journeys to AI-powered internal tools, combining frontend engineering excellence with rapid experimentation and measurable business impact.\nBuild scalable frontend experiences, including high-performance websites, landing pages, growth funnels, campaign management platforms, and personalized customer journeys using React and TypeScript.\n\nDevelop AI-native user experiences, building intuitive interfaces and workflows that help teams leverage AI-powered insights, automation, and intelligent decision-making.\n\nOwn end-to-end technical delivery, independently designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and optimizing complex frontend applications and components.\n\nDrive performance and experimentation, improving web performance, SEO, accessibility, and conversion through experimentation, feature flagging, and data-driven iteration.\n\nSolve ambiguous business problems, partnering with Product, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Backend Engineering to translate requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions.\n\nElevate frontend engineering quality through thoughtful architecture, reusable component systems, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring other engineers.\n\nUS: You'll work from our Seattle office three days a week.\nWhat we're looking for\nEssentials\n5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, including building and operating production web applications, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development practices, with solid computer science fundamentals and experience building clean, modular, maintainable applications.\n\nStrong understanding of frontend architecture and web performance, including component design, state management, API integration, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.\n\nProven ability to independently design and deliver complex frontend solutions, making sound technical tradeoffs and owning features from implementation through production.\n\nStrong ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal oversight.\n\nPreferred\nExperience building growth platforms, campaign management systems, content management systems, experimentation frameworks, or customer-facing conversion funnels.\n\nExperience developing AI-powered applications or agentic user experiences, including interactive AI workflows, streaming responses, and human-in-the-loop interfaces.\n\nExperience with web performance optimization, A/B testing, feature flagging, analytics instrumentation, and conversion optimization.\n\nExperience with modern frontend ecosystems, including Next.js, server-side rendering, static generation, design systems, and frontend build tooling.\n\nExperience with rapid prototyping and using data to validate product hypotheses and guide iteration.\n\nExperience in high-growth technology companies, fintech, payments, or regulated environments.\n\nExperience mentoring engineers and improving frontend engineering practices.\n\nYou'll thrive here if\nYou have high agency.
